How To Activate Your Upgraded EMV Chip Cards

To activate your new upgraded EMV chip cards, please follow the steps below.

In the FamZoo desktop UI:

1. Sign into FamZoo.com on a desktop/laptop browser under your parent account.
2. Click on the STORE tab.
3. In the left hand sidebar, click on the UPGRADE ACTIVATION link.

In the FamZoo app:

1. Sign into the FamZoo app on a mobile phone under your parent account.
2. Tap on the menu icon in the upper right hand corner.
3. Tap the UPGRADE ACTIVATION menu item.
