How do I subscribe to FamZoo and order cards for my family?

To subscribe to FamZoo and order cards for your family:

  1. Sign into Lake City Bank Digital Banking.
  2. Select the My Toolkit menu item.
  3. Select the FamZoo listing in My Toolkit.
  4. Select Start a Free Trial.
  5. Follow the screens to enter billing information and to place your intial FamZoo card order.

How do family members sign into FamZoo?

Once your initial FamZoo card order has been placed, the registering parent can sign into FamZoo from Lake City Bank Digital Banking as follows:

  1. Sign into Lake City Bank Digital Banking.
  2. Select the My Toolkit menu item.
  3. Select the FamZoo entry under My Services.
  4. You will be automatically signed into your FamZoo family as the registering parent.

Any family member can also sign into FamZoo at FamZoo.com or via the FamZoo app using the family name, member name, and password assigned by the registering parent.

Note: The registering parent can update the member name and password for any family member by following the instructions here.

Do family members need Lake City Bank Digital to access FamZoo?

No, family members can access their FamZoo accounts through the FamZoo app (iOS or Android) or the FamZoo web site using their registered family name, member name, and member password.

The registering parent in a FamZoo family has the additional option of accessing FamZoo through Lake City Bank Digital using Single Sign-On without needing to enter their FamZoo credentials.

How do I reload my FamZoo card from my Lake City Bank account?

A few business days after you place your initial FamZoo card order, you’ll be able to reload your FamZoo primary funding card from your Lake City Bank Digital Banking.

To reload your primary funding card:

  1. Sign into Lake City Digital Banking.
  2. Select the Transactions menu.
  3. Select Funds Transfer.
  4. Choose the desired Lake City Bank From Account.
  5. Choose your FamZoo card account as the To Account.
  6. Fill in the Amount and Frequency.
  7. Select the Transfer Funds button to initiate the transfer.

The transferred funds will appear on your FamZoo primary funding card within 3 business days.

Can FamZoo cards be loaded at Lake City Bank ATMs?

Is there a service fee for using a non-Lake City Bank ATM?

If you use a non-Lake City Bank ATM, the fee imposed will be from the bank that owns the ATM. We will not charge a fee for these cards to be used at an ATM and there is no fee if used at a Lake City Bank ATM.

Can a FamZoo cardholder bring the card into the bank to get cash?

No, there is no way to withdraw cash from a FamZoo card account inside the branch. Cardholders can use FamZoo cards at the ATM to withdraw funds. See ATM withdrawal limits here.

How do I move funds back to my Lake City Bank account?

To move funds from your primary funding card back to your Lake City Bank account:

  1. Sign into Lake City Bank Digital Banking.
  2. Select the Transactions menu.
  3. Select Funds Transfer.
  4. Choose your FamZoo card account as the From Account.
  5. Choose the desired Lake City Bank To Account.
  6. Fill in the Amount.
  7. Select the Transfer Funds button to initiate the transfer.

The transferred funds will appear in your Lake City Bank account within 3 business days.

Note: to remove funds from your FamZoo cards, you can also use any of the supported FamZoo unload options listed here.

How do I cancel my FamZoo subscription?

Note: If you have balances remaining on your FamZoo cards, consolidate the funds onto your primary funding card, lock your cards, and move the funds back to your Lake City Bank account as described here. Once your FamZoo card balances are all at zero, complete the steps below.

To cancel your FamZoo subscription:

  1. Sign into Lake City Bank Digital Banking.
  2. Select My Toolkit in the left menu.
  3. Under My Services in My Toolkit, locate the FamZoo entry.
  4. Select the menu in the upper right corner of the FamZoo entry.
  5. Select Manage Subscription.
  6. Under Manage Apps, select the Manage menu for FamZoo.
  7. Select Cancel Subscription.

Should FamZoo cardholders call the One Call Center for assistance?

No, the One Call Center does not have access to the support systems required to troubleshoot FamZoo cardholder issues promptly. Please contact FamZoo customer service directly using one of the options here.
