How do I subscribe to FamZoo and order cards for my family?

To subscribe to FamZoo and order cards for your family:

  1. Log into Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking.
  2. Select the My Toolkit menu item.
  3. Select the FamZoo listing in My Toolkit.
  4. Select Start a Free Trial.
  5. Follow the screens to enter billing information and to place your intial FamZoo card order.

How do family members sign into FamZoo?

Once your initial FamZoo card order has been placed, the registering parent can sign into FamZoo from Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking as follows:

  1. Log into Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking.
  2. Select the My Toolkit menu item.
  3. Select FamZoo in the My Services section.
  4. You will be automatically signed into your FamZoo family as the registering parent.

Any family member can also sign into FamZoo at FamZoo.com or via the FamZoo app using the family name, member name, and password assigned by the registering parent.

Note: The registering parent can update the member name and password for any family member by following the instructions here.

How do I load my FamZoo card from my Decorah or Cresco Bank account?

To reload your FamZoo primary funding card from your Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking, you’ll first need to add it as an external account. To do so:

  1. Sign into FamZoo, as the registering parent.
  2. Gather the routing and account numbers from your primary funding card from it’s Card Information screen as described here.
  3. Sign into your Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking.
  4. Select Transactions.
  5. Select Add External Account.
  6. Enter your FamZoo primary funding card’s routing and account numbers and select Checking for the Account Type.
  7. Select Continue and follow the remaining instructions for verifying the external account.

Once added as an external account, you can reload your FamZoo primary funding card when signed into your Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking as follows:

  1. Select Transactions.
  2. Select Account to Account.
  3. Choose the desired Decorah or Cresco Bank From Account.
  4. Choose your external FamZoo account as the To Account.
  5. Fill in the amount and any remaining fields as desired.
  6. Select the Transfer Funds button to initiate the transfer.

The transferred funds will appear on your FamZoo primary funding card in 1 to 3 business days.

How do I move funds back to my Decorah or Cresco Bank account?

To move funds from your FamZoo primary funding card back to your Decorah or Cresco Bank account:

  1. Log into Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking.
  2. Select the Transactions menu.
  3. Select Account to Account.
  4. Choose EXTERNAL | External Checking xxxxNNNNNN as the From Account where NNNNNN corresponds to the last 6 digits of your primary funding card’s account as listed on the Card Information screen in FamZoo.
  5. Choose the desired Decorah or Cresco Bank To Account.
  6. Fill in the amount and any remaining fields.
  7. Select the Transfer Funds button to initiate the transfer.

The transferred funds will appear in your Decorah or Cresco Bank account in 1 to 3 business days.

Note: to remove funds from your FamZoo cards, you can also use any of the other supported FamZoo unload options listed here.

How do I cancel my FamZoo subscription?

Note: If you have balances remaining on your FamZoo cards, consolidate the funds onto your primary funding card, lock your cards, and move the funds back to your Decorah or Cresco Bank account as described here. Once your FamZoo card balances are all at zero, complete the steps below.

To cancel your FamZoo subscription:

  1. Log into Decorah and Cresco’s digital banking.
  2. Select My Toolkit in the left menu.
  3. Under My Services in My Toolkit, locate the FamZoo entry.
  4. Select the menu in the upper right corner of the FamZoo entry.
  5. Select Manage Subscription.
  6. Under Manage Apps, select the Manage menu for FamZoo.
  7. Select Cancel Subscription.
